0 Same problem. I crazy-glued the tray parts back together. there is a metal collar that fits around the area that breaks so that helps to hold the glue job together. Mine's running for now but I'm not sure for how long.
I am emailing customerservice@curtisint.com requesting that part for purchase as I expect my fix to fail at some point. I suggest that everyone here does the same. Maybe if more of us put pressure on them to start selling parts we can get their policy to change.
I still can't believe they told me to go to ebay in search of parts. Ridiculous.

0 I would never buy another Igloo in that they don't sell replacement parts. I glued tray back together several times , it is weakest link of machine. i believe igloo intentionally made cheap part so it breaks and you are forced to by a new machine as they do not sell parts.
