We bought the Igloo water dispenser model number MWC496. We followed all the instructions for set up and have tried everything to get our water drinkable. It tastes like there is powder in it. We have returned it once already but the problem stays the same. We have cleaned it out but it still has the same problem. We tried the water out of the bottle to make sure it wasn't the water that was bad (and have gone through different bottles trying to flush out the bad) but the problem persists. PLEASE HELP.
