Question About Cornelius Beverage Dispenser CTP-20

We have a CTP-20 model dispenser and 2 of the valves no longer dispense properly. 1 of the 2 just trickles out and the other just doesn't have anything come out. I tried cleaning them but that did not work. Could the coil be the problem (plugging up) and if so is there a way to clean it?
