Question About Indesit Dishwasher IDF125
brandnew - flashing lights, not draining...

Just installed this dishwasher brand new. Ran a cycle once power cut interupted the cycle. Now after staring again, wash and dry indicator lights are flashing, the water is not draining away properly. have cleared the filters but still not draining. Also cannot be turned off to stop a humming noise on the machine, only at the plug. Please help.
