Indesit dishwasher d4000 doesn't drain. The dirty water stays at the bottom of machine. When it is related with more dirty items and switched on the machine uses said dirty water from bottom rather than refilling with fresh clean water. if machine is totally drained of water loaded with dirty items then switched on the machine fills with fresh clean water
