Indesit dishwasher waits on the wash cycle but nothing happens?! Its had a new heater element n filled with rinse aid and salt

0 No sorry it doesn't, argh!! Dishwasher now works of a sort, but still not getting hot, even though has new element, and doesn't get past the rinse cycle, just flashes with the one at the side, no beep so not finished????!
