My dishwasher will not start at all - red light is on but there is no response whatsoever from the machine. It was stopped mid cycle immediately before this as it was making a lot of smelly steam - bottom was still full of water when i stopped it which I have since bailed and sponged out. Is there a cut out switch or reset switch or something I should know about??
