Need to replace the on/off button on Indesit IDL53...

Need to replace the on/off button on Indesit IDL530 dishwasher. How do I remove the top section - the control panel - on the door to get at the switch that needs replacing?

0 my dishwater does not complete the programe and stops at 3rd light does not empty or wash, to me it sound like an eletrical problem any ideas, I have checked all kinks, draines, water pressure
