The dishwasher starts of fine going through the program then the Rinse Aid Light comes on and stays on followed by a burning smell. We switch everything off, check the rinse aid compartment, all fine, change the cycle, check the element, find one of the terminals loose so retightened. Run the machine all fine, put it on today and the rinse aid came back on plus the burning smell. Any ideas please
