the dishwashing machine is spinning continually. I tried to restart it but it does the same thing. how can I drain the water?

0 I think what happened was that the electricity went off when the dishwasher was spinning, and then when it came back on, the machine kept on spinning continuously. How should I reset it or drain the water automatically? Your replies will be highly appreciated. Thanks.
