The soap dispenser does not open in cycle 1, howev...

The soap dispenser does not open in cycle 1, however opens in cycle 2 and 3. how can i fix this

5 Don't concentrate on the dispencer, put the soap on the ground of your dishwasher, so he does too :))

0 i read the manual, it's not in there.....that's why i'm asking you. if you can't answer just say so
