On Page 7 of the manual under Fast Freeze switch q...

On Page 7 of the manual under Fast Freeze switch quote "To set "Fast Freeze" ON press the switch to I. I find this confusing. Do you press the"0" to put it off and press the "I" to put it on? Which means pressing the "0" leaves the "I" sticking out. Is this correct?
