i don't understand what the knobe mean on the front so i cant use the oven properly. can you help?

1 cant find this manual. can somebody help me to operate the griller? i bought it months ago but something parts are missing in the griller e.g. i think the metal that holds and circulate the chicken when grillin'... thanks
