l have BAN 33NF and for some reasons he stop to wo...

l have BAN 33NF and for some reasons he stop to work two week ago, we call service,and they said to us to get refreezing it...We did it, and he work a two-tree days and again start to have problems,...Down where is freezing work normally but up where is refrigerator don't send cool...where is the problem???
