Cloudy glasses...

After the cycle is finished the glasses are cloudy and any plastic on top rack has white marking. have been using cascade gel cubes 2 in one . use the finish dishwasher cleaner and vinegar and tried to clean out hte rinse agent dispenser but water has residue
