dishwasher won't start. motor kicks in for a seco...

dishwasher won't start. motor kicks in for a second than shuts off. tries again a couple of minutes later with the same result. Thought it was the water inlet valve as when I tested it, there was no change in resistance, so I ordered a new inlet valve but testing the new one there is no change either. Not sure where to look next
