i have an ingliss soundblock 2 dishwasher and when...

i have an ingliss soundblock 2 dishwasher and when i start a cycle the water solonoid energizes and after a short time i hear another relay energize but the water jets don't come on.i can here a motor humming but it wont start could you tell me what part i require for this repair
