my dishwasher, is an Inglis model # IEU37051. The bottom spinner isn't rotating and spraying other than slowly and not reaching the top. There doesn't seem to be enough pressure within the entire system. Could this simply be a plugged filter that we can check at the house without calling the repairman? Thanks for any help
