had oven preheating, then saw sparks, and there was a fire on the element that sizzeled and burned itself out. How do I get replacement and where and how much

0 I set my Inglis Citation oven to self-clean and it began to heat up but the shut off and "F1" is displayed in the clock display. Can someone tell me what "F1" refers to and how I might correct it?
