This refrigerator sucks, just got it about 5 months ago and this is the second time I had to defrost it and second time I lost all of my food out of the fridge. I am trying to get the landlord to take the fridge back and get a different model. I have done everything the repair guy told me to do. I have left lots of space in the freezer and placing everything at the front with lots of air flow. I think it is something wrong to be causing all of these problems.
