Question About InSinkErator Garbage Disposal 1-81
Garbage disposal stuck- won't turn...

When power is on, it does not turn...only noise. I feel no objects inside the disposer but the blades are frozen and won't turn inside manually. I have a hexagonal tool that came with it but no manual. How do I use the tool to get it unstuck?? Robin
