5 I have access to these manuals, but the manual is not going to tell you anything of importance when it comes to hot water in this machine. If you pay close attention you will see that there is not heating capability. This is what is considered in the industry as a chemical sanitizing machine. The water temperature is 100% dependant upon your water heater temperature. As you know, when water sits, it cools. If it is going to sit for a while run a cycle or two to get your temperature up. If that is not good enough, look into a machine with a built in heater.
