I have a jen air that when I press convect oven then press any temp. it will sometimes reach the temp or sometimes say it is at the temp but it feels like it is much lower temp or it will start beeping and then a message will come across the message board to call for service.also if i just use the regular oven and punch in the temp it will take forever to get to the temp or it will never reach the temp.
