I was given a Convection oven with the Model #: JJW9527CAB and I am receiving information that that model # in not valid My problem is we installed the oven in a wall unit with a 220 plug. The oven light comes on inside and I've even heard the fan blowing when hitting the clean button, however nothing else is working. I can't even get the front of the oven to light up. I'm thinking that maybe it wasn't installed properly or it has been sitting in storage for 2 years too long. Barbara
