Question About Jenn-Air Convection Oven 88370
owners manual...

just bought a house with a Jenn Aire stove/oven (also has a knob with convection settings. no manual was left. i have the convection knob on preheat and set the oven knob on the temperature. it seems to bake extremely fast. i think it is a model from 1979 or so. any help on a manual. thank you
