the house we're living in has a very old (1970's probably) Jenn air electric oven and no users manual/model number. The oven knob writing is worn off and I'm not sure what everything is, i.e. radiant heat vs. bake time. The next selection is worn of completely, then accell clean, broil and convected. I've never used a convection either. Can you help????
