how do you reset the control panel to release the ...

how do you reset the control panel to release the door lock? the door is open but the lock mechanism is closed. other models release with 3 seconds on the heated dry button. no luck. what sequence works

0 waste of time. manual does not answer. tech specs might, but i was hoping for some real help. Nice try
