Installed a new JDB3600AWS4 - electrical and plumb...

Installed a new JDB3600AWS4 - electrical and plumbing connected - and the darn thing will not begin any kind of cycle. It acknowledges the setting, it acknowledges that it is to start on that setting, but after twenty seconds of inactivity the system goes back to blank and the "CLEAN" light blinks. Please help. Thank you. Brad
