Question About Jenn-Air Double Oven unknown
owner/user manual...

Dual fuel range. Large lower oven is electric convection. Small top oven is not convection but is electric. Cooktop is 5 burner gas. Would like to use clock in regular rather than military time. I do not understand convection.
