We have a JENN-AIR Stainless Steel Outdoor natural gas grill, Model # 720-0099-NG, Item # 109473. We purchased this product from Lowe's in September of 2005. We are experiencing much difficulty getting the burners to light and the gas jets on the burners seems to be "clogged". What do you recommend to remedy this matter?
