We have a JENN-AIR Stainless Steel Outdoor natural gas grill, Model # 720-0099-NG, Item # 109473. We purchased this product from Lowe's in September of 2005. We are experiencing much difficulty getting the burners to light and the gas jets on the burners seems to be "clogged". What would you suggest for us to do first to get the grill working like new again? Is there a local parts/service provider in the Grapevine, Texas area (Zip 76051)?
