I purchased Microwave Hood Combination model jmv8208ws and cannot find it in your list. My questions are, the COOK TIME button and pressing in the min. and sec. are doing the same thing so what is the purpose of the COOK TIME button? Also, why must I press STOP CLEAR after heating an item for the time to reappear in the display? I called the store Tee Vax for a tech to call back but so far no one has called.
