Jenn Air M168W fan and light...

Hi, can you help me with a problem? The light was blown yesterday so we replaced the light. Now when we open the door, there is light and fan, but when we try to heat, neither the light nor the fan turns on. I can't see if the turntable is turning because there is no light. It seems food is still heated. Thank you
