Took Jennair M167 microwave out of the cabinet by ...

Took Jennair M167 microwave out of the cabinet by sliding out of the tongue and groove tracks on the two sides to replace the fuse. Now it does not go back as before. Used spray degreaser and mild force to slide it back on the tracks to no effect. Please advise. Thank you.
