i asked a tech. while it was under warranty. He said it was the hinges. Took it apart HInges are fine. Asked another tech. He said there is a hinge kit. Called Jenn air they said I wish u would have called when this was under warranty. Offered to sell me a hinge kit. Asked why they have this if its NOT a known issue and I'm supposedly the only one with this problem. She said she had no info on that. Any suggestions. it will lock to clean.
