Question About Jenn-Air Oven JDR8895AA

I have a Jenn Air oven that I used the self clean on yesterday to clean the upper oven. Now when I try to clean the bottom oven and push the self clean button all I get are 2 beeps. It's not in the sabbath mode. It is a JDR 8895AA model. Any thoughts?
