I used the self-cleaning on my Jenn-Air JJW9530aab...

I used the self-cleaning on my Jenn-Air JJW9530aab. it cleaned for 3 hours but has been in the cooling mode for over 5 hours. The oven is cold but the it will not unlock. any suggestions
