Question About Jenn-Air Oven None
oven will not turn on...

When I press bake I get the message 1c2c beside the clock. Below this is message"feature not available press help". Is there something simple I can do to correct this? Thank you

5 Jenn Air Model #J-JW8527DDB Had error "1c2c function not available", ordered part # 74009837 from http://www.partselect.com/PartDetail.aspx?inventory=2087237 This is a high limit thermal switch and after replacing the oven started working again.

3 Our oven was doing the same thingwe tried flipping the breaker but it didn't help. After that we unbolted the whole unit from the cupboards, pulled it out and removed the panels. the problem is a relay switch on the back of the oven which keeps it from overheating, this was burnt out. We got the part from a local appliance repair place for $14.00 and replaced it ourselves.

1 It is an electric oven, not gas.

1 I have the exact same model oven and I just started receiving this error message. were you able to fix yours?
