The toggle switch for the microwave outlet on top ...

The toggle switch for the microwave outlet on top of Jenn-Air WM27260W oven routinely trips when the microwave, which is plugged into the outlet is in use. Now the toggle switch is difficult/nearly impossible to reset. The microwave works fine when plugged into a standard wall outlet. What is problem? how can it be fixed?
