what causes BAKE to flash on jenn air single wall ...

what causes BAKE to flash on jenn air single wall oven? I checked the sensor, got a reading od 1.6 K ohm at about 90-100 deg. How do you put the unit into diagnostic mode to find fault codes .......... would like a technical manual if possible or info on how to find one.
