Question About Jenn-Air Range None
how to use...

moved into a house with this stove top and not sure how to use all the features. Particularly how to use the grill - the burner just hangs when I plug it in.

5 I think what you may need is the "Rock Plate" that goes underneath the heating element. It lays in the 'tray' and supports the heating element. 5 thank you - that is exactly what I needed to know. I was wondering what those "rock plates" were for - thought that maybe people used them to shape hamburgers or something. Thanks for your help.

0 I had the same question too. I was thinking those rock-plates were some "panni-type" of apparatus. Thank you for clearing that mystery up! I inserted them and the grill works great now.
