Question About Jenn-Air Range 8113P525-60

We own the dual fuel downdraft range over. we tried to do a sself clean of the oven and as soon as it appeared to start, there were sparks and the button pad went dark. Now we can't get the door open to see if somethign burning inside or if our oven is dead. What can we do? please help!!!
