model LES9800CAS01 slide in: when the oven gets hot the oven racks don't slide without major pulling on them, when it cools two racks stick or rub some but this is awkward. The smell from using this oven is bad too. this isn't right. The service man sent by Jennair said ther is nothing that can be done??!!!. I guess this range needs to be replaced since I 've only had it from July 1,2011 . Anyone else with racks problems?
