My Jenn-air Mod#S136 stove. I need trouble shootin...

My Jenn-air Mod#S136 stove. I need trouble shooting with cartridge. I cannot get it to heat. Evidently it is not making good contact. Once in a while, I will re-insert and wiggle, finally I can get it to heat. What is the problem. Can you help? My e-mail is skgreer1106@aol.com
