Dear Sir/Mam, Our frig and freezer completely stop...

Dear Sir/Mam, Our frig and freezer completely stopped working. Everything is room temp and melted. We tried unplugging and re plugging it in with no results. What do we check first? Who do I call for repair? We live in Virginia Beach, 23454. Regards, Amanda
