Question About Jenn-Air Refrigerator None
Freezer Issue...

When or Jenn-Air freezer I guess de-ices water runs out from the bottom of the freezer. We put a towel in the bottom to stop this problem. What could be the solution? Model JRSD209T Thanks, Dennis

5 There is a defrost drain tube that runs from the bottom (inside) of the freezer compartment. It's supposed to drain into the removable pan underneath the refrigerator. Over the years, dust and stuff can clog it up. My repair guy took a smaller tube and ran it up through the clogged line. You would not believe all the gunk that came out. That was last year, and the refrigerator has been running fine ever since -- no more puddles!
