Question About Jenn-Air Refrigerator JWC2450ARS
freezing and not cooling in wine frig...

unit was working fine. couple days ago, a fist sized ice ball appeared in back by drain tube. I turned down temp and next day the ice disappeared. A few days later, the unit is not getting cold. The motor sounds like it is running but no cold air.
