After two years, I finally pulled the fridge out to clean behind it. I found a piece of wood at the back which is used to level it. There are small plastic wheels in the front, but nothing in the back. Without the wood, the unit tilts back. The contractor's solution does not work for me, as I cannot lift the unit up enough to place it back on the wood.
