i have a jenn-air JRSDE228 refrigerator. refrigerator is running, but neither the fresh food area nor the freezer area is cooling correctly. there was a buildup of ice on the back wall of the freezer. don't have a manual so i've tried to research a bit online, but would like to get further info in how to diagnose the problem... thank you in advance for your help
