Question About Jenn-Air Refrigerator JCD2292KTW
Ice maker not getting water but can get water to the water dispenser on the door...

My ice maker does not work . . . when the arm is "down" no ice is produced - no water is flowing into the ice maker. But, I still get water to the water dispenser on the door. 0 I have the same problem... my ice maker is not working when arm is down. There is ice in the tray but is not releasing the ice. The water dispensers still work on the door. Sometimes when the arm is up for awhile and I let it back down it works but now nothing is happening. Do I need a new ice maker? patriciawoodstho@bellsouth.net
